  • Increase the number of remote services to 10%
  • Rationalize the use of hospital beds by optimizing and repurposing surplus beds
  • Continue to improve industry statistics to reflect the real situation
  • Open 150 hospital pharmacy departments in medical organizations
  • Start implementing the project of decentralization of outpatient drug provision with the introduction of co-payment mechanisms
  • Conduct modular training for primary health care specialists on current health protection issues
