Controversial issues settled: SK-Pharmacia and STOFARM move to systemic interaction
As a result of open and constructive negotiations with SK-Pharmacia, TOO STOFARM expressed a desire to withdraw 2 previously filed lawsuits against the sole distributor in March and July of this year. The parties agreed to settle the contentious issues in a working order, eliminating obstacles to further effective cooperation.

All the proposals voiced were taken into consideration and put into work. In turn, the management of SK-Pharmacia outlined its priorities and requirements, and proposed specific steps to solve the identified problems.
So, based on the results of the meeting:
• a decision was made to terminate legal proceedings and settle all issues in a working order;
• accept for consideration proposals from STOFARM LLC to the Rules for the procurement of services for the storage and transportation of medicines and medical products and services (Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 127 dated 11.06.2023);
• the logistics department has been instructed to settle the issue of payment for services rendered in accordance with the established procedure;
• the head of the single distributor set the task for STOFARM to improve GPS monitoring and the warehouse inventory management system;
• the Partnership’s development and software management department was given instructions on the complete digitalization of primary documents and the introduction of a commission review of issues to increase transparency and minimize corruption risks.
Also, during the meeting, the Chairman instructed the logistics department to send a letter to TOO STOFARM about reducing prices for services for the storage and transportation of medicines and medical products within the framework of the concluded contracts.
