The company not only supports its employees in their efforts to upgrade their qualifications in the pharmaceutical field, but also creates conditions for internships for students of medical universities.
By so doing, Medservice Plus cooperates with all key medical universities, creating the opportunity for obtaining dual education for future pharmacists, which includes teaching theory with elements of on-the-job training program. Moreover, the best interns subsequently are offered employment with the Company.
This summer, Medservice Plus signed two more Memorandums of Cooperation with "Astana Medical University" NCJSC and Karaganda Medical University.
During meetings with the heads of medical universities, we reached agreements on holding excursions to the warehouse, pharmacy and office to get acquainted with the work of a pharmaceutical company and its business processes. Future pharmacists were in addition offered to undergo work practice and internship at "Medservice Plus" KPhC.
The Company intends to continue to promote the development of pharmaceutical education to maximum extent among students of medical universities in Kazakhstan.
