100 ml of syrup contains
active ingredient – soft extract of hedera helix leaves (2.2 – 2.9:1),
excipients: macrogol glyceryl hydroxystearate, star anise fruit oil, hyetellose, 70% liquid (non-crystallizing) sorbitol, propylene glycol, glycerol, purified water

Dosing Schedule
Adults and Children >10 years of age
5 ml of syrup three times a day (equivalent to 120 mg of soft extract of hedera helix leaves a day)

Children 4-10 years of age:
2.5 ml of syrup four times a day (equivalent to 80 mg of soft extract of hedera helix leaves a day)

Children 1-4 years of age:
2.5 ml of syrup three times a day (equivalent to 60 mg of soft extract of hedera helix leaves a day)
Infants 0-1 years of age:
2.5 ml of syrup once a day (equivalent to 20 mg of soft extract of hedera helix leaves a day)

There are no special dosing recommendations for patients with impaired renal or hepatic function due to insufficient data.
Method and Route of Administration
For oral use.
Take syrup undiluted and drink a sufficient amount of liquid (preferably drinking water) afterwards.
A dosing device is included into the package for accurate dosing of the drug.

Recommendations for dosing the drug with a dosing spoon
Adults and Children >10 years of age
1 dosing spoon with 5 ml of syrup three times a day
Children 4-10 years of age:
½ dosing spoon with 2.5 ml of syrup four times a day
Children 1-4 years of age:
½ dosing spoon with 2.5 ml of syrup three times a day
Infants 0-1 years of age:
½ dosing spoon with 2.5 ml of syrup once a day

Pediatric Patients
If your child aged from 0 to 4 years has a persistent or recurrent cough, please consult your physician. Your physician should decide if this drug is appropriate for your child.
Pregnancy and Lactation
The safety of the drug during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. In the absence of sufficient data use during pregnancy and lactation is generally not recommended.
There are no data on the effect on fertility.
During pregnancy and lactation, as well as in case of anticipated pregnancy or planning for pregnancy, consult your physician or pharmacist before using the drug.
