Within the framework of the "Business and Investment Protection" project, another anti-corruption agreement was signed today at the "Antikor Ortalygy" site, with the Ust-Kamenogorsk branch of "MEDSERVICE PLUS KPhC" LLP.
"MEDSERVICE PLUS KPhC" LLP is one of the largest Kazakhstani pharmaceutical distributors engaged in the sale of medicines, medical devices and medical equipment to pharmacies and health care centers in Kazakhstan.
One of the Company's goals is guaranteed provision of a wide range of medicines, maintaining high quality storage and delivery of medicines at all levels of the logistics chain.
Among the Company's suppliers are more than 350 direct contracts with leading manufacturers of medicines: NIZHPHARM, GlaxoSmithKline, NOVARTIS, KRKA, SANDOZ, etc.
The agreement on anti-corruption support was signed under the "Construction of a modern, technological pharmacy warehouse terminal of A Class, for uninterrupted provision of the population and health care centers of the East Kazakhstan Oblast with safe, high-quality medicines, medical products and medical equipment" with a total area of 6,045 sq.m.
When signing the Agreement, Mr. Zh. Baidildin the First Deputy Head of the Anti-Corruption Service for East Kazakhstan Oblast noted that the only requirement for an investor is strict compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department for its part, provides support by the way of legal consultations, ensuring high-quality provision of public services, improving regulatory legal acts.
