Scaling up maternal and child health projects
Ensure that 50% of women of fertile age receive pre-conception training
In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, modernize the medical infrastructure
Complete key projects in healthcare digitalization
Continue modernizing healthcare infrastructure
Develop a new policy for the formation of state standards for the network of healthcare organizations
Begin a phased digital transformation of healthcare in priority areas
Continue the development and modernization of telemedicine, bringing it to every primary health care facility
Increase the number of remote services to 10%
Rationalize the use of hospital beds by optimizing and repurposing surplus beds
Continue to improve industry statistics to reflect the real situation
Open 150 hospital pharmacy departments in medical organizations
Start implementing the project of decentralization of outpatient drug provision with the introduction of co-payment mechanisms
Conduct modular training for primary health care specialists on current health protection issues
To improve the qualifications of teachers of universities and medical colleges
Ensure the widespread implementation of independent nursing practice in primary health care organizations
Implement a new system for assessing the performance of primary health care organizations (SKPN)
Improve the tariff policy and revise approaches to the mechanism for financing primary health care (partial fund holding, PFC)
Create competence centers for priority disease profiles in each region
Start implementing the Unified Package of Basic Medical Care
Ensure access to cancer screening for the entire uninsured population
Expand screening programs to reduce circulatory diseases
To improve patient satisfaction with services at the primary health care level
Implement new initiatives in the areas of drug provision and personnel policy
