What sustainable development means for MEDSERVICE PLUS
We implement our ESG strategy guided by three interrelated priorities:
Tilda Publishing
E – The environmental aspect is an important part of MEDSERVICE PLUS's operations. The company strives to proactively manage its environmental impact, thereby reducing potential risks, using resources efficiently, and complying with environmental regulations.

To manage environmental impact, in May 2025 MEDSERVICE PLUS developed a Low-Carbon Development Program (LCDP), which defines key areas for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency, and integrating environmentally sustainable solutions into operations.

S – Human capital is a key factor of sustainability and competitiveness for MEDSERVICE PLUS. The company unites over 1,400 employees working in the head office and an extensive regional network.

In 2025, the company approved a Human Rights Policy as well as a Community Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility Policy (CSR).

G – MEDSERVICE PLUS conducts its operations in strict accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter, the Corporate Governance Code, generally accepted business ethics, and contractual obligations.

Corporate governance in the company is based on the principles of fairness, integrity, accountability, transparency, respect for employee dignity, professionalism, and competence.

The company adheres to a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, violence, coercion, and corruption.

Kazakh pharmaceutical company Medservice Plus is proud to present its first Sustainability Report for 2024.
This document outlines the key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects of our operations, reaffirming our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.

The report places particular emphasis on the launch of large-scale ESG initiatives. These projects are aimed at implementing advanced sustainability standards and enhancing environmental and social responsibility within Kazakhstan’s pharmaceutical sector.

It highlights our transparency and our ambition to set new benchmarks for the industry, including best practices in sustainability reporting, innovative approaches to localization, and responsible resource management.
